These general terms and conditions apply to the use of StockMonster.nl, including all associated services such as the website, Discord server, bots and notification systems.
By using StockMonster.nl you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Definitions
- StockMonster: the platform StockMonster.nl including Discord server, bots and tools.
- User: any person using or visiting StockMonster.
- Services: all features such as stock monitoring, Discord notifications and web tools.
2. Use of the service
Users may use StockMonster for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise permitted.
It is not permitted to:
- abuse or disrupt the service
- block or manipulate bots or scraping
- StockMonster systems reverse engineer
- spam or cause unwanted notifications
3. Availability
We aim to provide the most stable service possible, but:
- we do not guarantee 100% uptime
- functions can be temporarily offline for maintenance
- data may be delayed by external websites
StockMonster is a best-effort service.
4. Content and dates
StockMonster collects product information from external web shops.
We are not responsible for:
- incorrect prices or stock status
- delay in updates
- changes on external websites
All information is indicative.
5. Discord Integration
When you use StockMonster via Discord:
- you are responsible for your notification settings
- can send messages automatically via webhooks
- abuse of Discord channels may result in restrictions of access
6. Account and Access
We may restrict or terminate access to (parts of) the service if:
- the detection of abuse
- breaking rules
- the service is technically protected against damage
7. Liability
StockMonster is not liable for:
- financial losses due to price changes or misinformation
- damage caused by use of the service
- loss of data or notifications
- faults with external webshops or Discord
Use of the service is entirely at your own risk.
8. Intellectual property
All parts of StockMonster (name, logo, code, structure) are owned by StockMonster, unless otherwise stated.
It is not allowed to copy or re-use parts without permission.
9. Amendments
We may change these conditions at any time.
The latest version is always published on StockMonster.nl or in the Discord server.
With continued use you agree to the new terms and conditions.
10. Termination of service
StockMonster may at any time:
- customize services
- delete functions
- stop the entire service
without prior notice, if necessary.
