The first copies of Storm Emeralda are now being opened and the long-awaited secret freaks appear online. The Japanese set is officially on 31 july in the shops, but the leaks have already started.
Previously we saw the Illustration Rays of Grollithe and Groudon, but now more and more cards appear from the secret part of the set. Among other things Azurill got an Illustration Rare. The complete secret weird-list is being completed at the moment, so there will probably be a lot of new cards in the coming hours and days.
On the way to Delta Reign
Storm Emeralda is all about Mega Rayquaza ex and contains 76 cards in the regular set, supplemented by the secret freaks. Mega Golisopod ex, Mega Golurk ex, Mega Malamar ex and several other Pokémon are also part of the set.
For English collectors this review is extra interesting. The cards from Storm Emeralda return in Delta Reign, according to current planning on 6 november 2026 .
The first artworks certainly look promising. Now it's mostly waiting for the big question: what does the special Mega Rayquaza ex look like?
